Administrative Assistant

The Retail Connection in San Antonio is seeking an administrative assistant to provide critical support to the commercial property management team by managing daily operations and assisting with basic accounting duties.

What you'll do
  • Records management: maintain detailed and organized historical financial records, including vouchers, invoices, and correspondence.
  • Vendor communication: interact with vendors to ensure invoices and proper back-up are received and tracked.
  • Document preparation: prepare, proofread, and edit documents and monthly reports.
  • Process improvement: continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Organization: manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to keep operations running smoothly.
