Doug Nash

Nash brings over 20 years of corporate finance, financial management and analysis, strategic planning and systems integration in leadership roles with GE Capital Real Estate and Industrial Properties Corporation.

He was at Industrial Properties Corporation/GE Capital Real Estate for over 14 years, starting as Controller and eventually becoming the Chief Financial Officer. At GE Capital Real Estate, Nash served as Finance Manager/Asset Manager for a 12 million SF Industrial portfolio in 14 U.S. markets.

Nash is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Oral Roberts University and an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University.
