Thu Le

Thu Le is a Staff Accountant at The Retail Connection, where she manages financial reporting and month-end close processes for multiple entities.

At Associa, Thu Le was a Staff Accountant II in the General Ledger Department. In this role, she managed month-end and year-end closings, prepared financial statements in compliance with US GAAP, and handled reconciliations for multiple homeowner associations with diverse financial profiles. Her responsibilities included developing and posting accruals, amortizations, and reclassifications and assisting in budget preparation and administration.

Thu earned her Master's degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas with concentrations in Financial Analytics and Corporate Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Economics. She is passionate about using data-driven insights to support strategic financial decision-making and contribute to organizational success.

When she's not crunching numbers, Thu enjoys exploring both the energy of city life and the quiet charm of the countryside. She's known to belt out a country tune or two and never turns down a good game of pickleball.
