Angelica Deeley

Administrative Professional

Angelica Deeley has joined The Retail Connection as an Administrative Professional, where she will oversee the day-to-day administration and brokerage project work for some of the company's top brokers. With a strong background in administrative operations, client service, and team coordination, Angelica will assist with everything from managing communications and scheduling to preparing marketing materials, maintaining listing data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Angelica has a diverse professional background with experience spanning executive support, marketing, education, and operations. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO of three companies—Shorecrest Asset Management, Refrigerated Logistics, and Bliss Décor—she wore many hats, managing everything from administrative tasks and accounting to operations and sales. At Aspire Marketing Services, an automotive marketing firm, she served as the primary point of contact for 12–15 dealerships nationwide, including well-known names such as Classic Chevrolet, Tom Ball Ford, and Classic of Cleburne. She was primarily known for her ability to de-escalate tense situations with leasing customers and supported both administrative functions and the production team. Earlier in her career, she served as the Lead Teacher in the Explorer classroom at Primrose, where she managed 20–25 children daily while also assisting with administrative tasks.

Angelica earned her associate's degree from Collin County Community College. Outside the office, she enjoys event planning and coordinating for close friends and family, gaming, DIY projects, learning new things, playing tennis, trying new foods, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their two cats, Patsy Irene and Smokey Jr.
