Nick Altomare

Nick Altomare is an Executive Vice President in Brokerage in The Retail Connection's San Antonio office, responsible for managing and growing the office and the many Retail Connection service platforms.

Altomare has been a proven producer in the San Antonio and South Texas markets for over 30 years. His experience includes project leasing, tenant representation, surplus property disposition, as well as facilitating numerous investment property sales.

Prior to joining The Retail Connection, Altomare was a Principal with and led the retail platform of Endura Advisory Group. For 15 years prior to Endura, he was a principal with UCR where he was a consistent recipient of their "Top Producer Award". He has been responsible for leasing many of San Antonio's premier shopping centers and representing a host of best in class national retailers.

Some of his tenant representation clients have been Panera Bread, Lifetime Fitness, PetSmart, Golf Galaxy, Mattress Firm, Foot Locker, Haverty's Furniture, Dick's Sporting Goods, Famous Footwear, Jared, Tiff's Treats, and Flix Brewhouse. His more notable project leasing assignments over his career include La Plaza del Norte, Huebner Oaks Center, The Forum, and Alamo Ranch.
