Ryan Chandler

Ryan Chandler serves as an Assistant Vice President in Brokerage for The Retail Connection in the Houston, Texas office. His current focus is general brokerage, tenant and landlord representation.

With 7 years of experience Ryan has grown his Tenant representation services to provide services to national retail and restaurant brands such as Velocity Racing Lounge, Starbucks, Orange Twist, Port of Subs, and Luna Grill. Working with these brands has expanded his breadth of service to a national platform and provided him the opportunity to work across the state of Texas and the nation.

Chandler graduated from Rice University in Houston where he earned a bachelor's degree in Sports Management. While attending Rice, he was a four-year starter in centerfield for the Rice University Owls baseball team. He was also a member of the two-time CUSA Championship Squads in 2015 and 2017
