David Fazio

David Fazio serves as President of Brokerage at The Retail Connection, where he leads the firm's brokerage platform and related business lines. With more than 20 years of experience, he is recognized as a national leader in tenant representation, taking a hands-on, collaborative approach to executing his clients' strategic real estate decisions and market deployment.

Fazio represents a roster of leading brands, including Nordstrom Rack, Tesla, Life Time Fitness, PetSmart, World Market, and Lowe's.

He has led several of TRC's most significant assignments, including its representation of Bed Bath & Beyond, where the team completed over 400 transactions across 25 states and supported the company's expansion into Mexico.

Fazio serves on the Board of ChainLinks Retail Advisors and is actively involved with The Real Estate Council [TREC], where he previously served as a Board Member, participated in the TREC Mentorship Program, and led the retail leasing team for the inaugural Dallas Catalyst Project.
