David Levinson

David Levinson is a Senior Vice President with over 30 years of experience in third-party shopping center project leasing. David's expertise spans strip centers, neighborhood centers, community shopping centers, and power centers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Levinson has projects located throughout the entire Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, including high-profile shopping centers anchored by Walmart, Super Target, and grocery anchors.

He was recognized in the Dallas Business Journal as a Heavy Hitter every year from 2003 to 2009, and was named one of the CoStar DFW Power Brokers for Retail Leasing from 2012 through 2020.
