Dennis Leibovitz

Dennis Leibovitz specializes in representing local and national tenants in site selection and expansion with an emphasis on restaurants. Some of his clients include Pei Wei Asian Diner, Hillstone Restaurants, and Lazy Dog Restaurants.

Prior to joining The Retail Connection, Leibovitz was a Senior Vice President with The Weitzman Group's Commercial Retail Division. He has been a commercial realtor since 1985.

Leibovitz has received numerous honors and awards during his career including Top Producer with The Retail Connection and The Weitzman Group and has been a frequent Heavy Hitter and winner of the Best Real Estate Deal of the Year, and the Best Deal in Developed Real Estate from the Dallas Business Journal, where he represented Equinox Fitness.

Active in numerous professional and civic organizations, including the Commercial Investment Division of the Greater Dallas Association of Realtors, Texas Restaurant Association, The International Council of Shopping Centers and Jewish Federation, Leibovitz is considered by many to be a Dallas restaurant authority and is often called on by media for his opinions and quotes.
