Lana Constantine

Lana Constantine is an Assistant Vice President in Brokerage at The Retail Connection. In 2023, she consulted for TRC, conducting a comprehensive review of the company's venture capital and private equity investments since its inception.

Before TRC, she worked at JPMorgan, running Cross-Asset Derivatives and Structured Products for Private Clients, Private Banks, and Internal Channels. She later moved to Citigroup to build a tech platform for the global structured derivatives business.

Lana grew up in Dallas, attended The Hockaday School, and earned her Bachelor's degree in Finance from NYU, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
