Laura Morgan

Director of Administrative Support

Laura Morgan is the Director of Administrative Support at The Retail Connection, where she has been a valued team member for over five years. Throughout her tenure, she has supported some of the company's top brokers and consistently gone above and beyond in her Administrative Professional role—earning TRC's Building Block Award in 2023. Her dedication to improving internal processes, passion for training, and reputation as a team player led to her promotion to Director in June 2025.

In this role, Laura oversees the day-to-day operations of the Administrative Team, ensuring high-quality support for the Brokerage, Construction, and Investment teams. She also partners closely with the Marketing, Research, and Accounting departments to strengthen communication and enhance collaborative processes. Laura is committed to fostering an environment where each team member and the company as a whole can thrive.

Alongside her leadership duties, Laura continues to provide direct support to a diverse group of brokers and has helped manage numerous accounts, including Topgolf, Lowe's, Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Rally House, and Sherwin-Williams. Her responsibilities include coordinating travel logistics, developing client presentations, drafting contracts and Letters of Intent, and conducting in-depth research to facilitate successful transactions.

Prior to joining The Retail Connection, Laura served as a Department Manager at Natural Grocers, where she oversaw the performance and profitability of the grocery department. She also worked as a Paralegal at Berry Appleman & Leiden, a corporate immigration law firm. Her background also includes experience in administration and banking.
