Melanie Richardson
Administrator
Melanie Richardson serves as the Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer as well as Office Administrator of The Retail Connection. She has been with the company since its founding in 2003.
In addition to providing administrative support to the CEO, she is the corporate office point of contact, overseeing daily office operations, client and vendor relations and managing the administrative support team.
Prior to joining TRC, she worked for over a decade at Weitzman in various roles, ultimately becoming the second Assistant to the CEO.
