Paul Cooke III

Paul Cooke III is a Senior Vice President in the Dallas office of TRC, specializing in retail and restaurant-focused real estate across Texas, with a strong track record in restaurant tenant representation and project leasing.

He represents Casa Tua, CRAFT Beer Market, Kate Weiser Chocolate, Eatzi's, Flying Fish, Rodeo Goat, Beto & Son, Freeplay, and more. On the landlord side, he has worked with UDR, Crow Holdings, Matthews Southwest, and Fortress.

Since joining TRC in 2019, Paul has been recognized as Rookie of the Year and consistently ranks as one of the firm's top producers.
