Shelley Taylor joined The Retail Connection in 2012 and brings more than 25 years of experience specializing in project leasing and landlord advisory services. Since beginning her career in 1999, she has built a reputation for strategic merchandising, hands-on execution, and long-standing client relationships across Texas.

Throughout her career, Shelley has represented leading developers and institutional owners, including Westdale, Rosewood Property Company, Centennial, Weber & Company, Inland | Kite, Kimco, Hunt Properties, and Billingsley Company. She is known for her thoughtful, hands-on approach—structuring deals, guiding leasing strategy, and delivering value well beyond transactional execution.

Shelley has led leasing on a number of high-profile retail projects, including The Mix in Frisco, Village at Cumberland Park in Tyler, Montgomery Plaza in Fort Worth, Arlington Highlands, The Shops at Highland Village, Midlothian Towne Crossing, and Waxahachie Marketplace. She has also played a key role in the evolution of Deep Ellum, completing leasing across more than 30 storefronts and contributing to the district's ongoing revitalization.
