Stephen T. Tou is an Executive Vice President in Brokerage for The Retail Connection's Houston office and has been actively involved in the retail real estate business for 20 years.

Tou has comprehensive and long term experience in all areas of the retail real estate business. From tenant representation where he plays an integral role in every aspect, from leading nationwide expansion plans for numerous national retailers to representing Tenants locally, to project leasing with his involvement in the redevelopment of Willowbrook Plaza and development of The Shoppes at ParkWest, both won The Retail Connection's Best Investment award in their respective years.
