Wyatt G. Russo is a Senior Vice President, and one of the company's original associates. Russo has been a top ten producer and specializes in both tenant and landlord representation.

In his 15th year as a retail professional, Russo has garnered tremendous knowledge and experience working with industry leaders of diverse capacities. He has proudly represented and successfully executed on multi-year expansion strategies for top tier restaurant and retail brands such as Buffalo Wild Wings, Panera Bread, Peter Piper Pizza/CEC Entertainment, Black-eyed Pea, TGI Friday's, Planet Sub, Fitness Connection, My Fit Foods, Gold's Gym, Sprint, and more.

His passion for the business is also highlighted by his success with project leasing and advisory; from urban to suburban. He has enjoyed working for many well-known property owners including Gables Residential, Maly Realty, Granite Properties, Clearview Investments, Greenway Investment Company, L&B Realty Advisors, Hudson Advisors, Transwestern Investment Company, and others.

Prior to joining The Retail Connection, Russo was a Vice President at The Weitzman Group where he was a top ten producer in 2003. Russo began his real estate career in Austin, Texas with Capital Commercial, a firm specializing in land speculation.
