Cheryl Rawlinson Ruff, CPM®

Cheryl Rawlinson Ruff is currently part of the Asset Services team at The Retail Connection. She supports new business initiatives by managing the onboarding and transition of newly awarded retail property management assignments, serving as a liaison between ownership, brokerage, and internal property management teams to ensure a seamless transition and long-term client satisfaction.

Cheryl has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in retail property management. Prior to joining The Retail Connection as Director of Property Management, she worked at Cencor Realty Services, where she oversaw the day-to-day operations of office and retail properties throughout the Austin market.

Previously, Cheryl served as Director of Property Management at P.O'B. Montgomery & Company in Dallas, where she led the property management team and supported acquisition analysis and asset management initiatives. She also held the role of Senior Financial Analyst at CBRE, where she was responsible for client communications and investment underwriting.

Prior to CBRE, Cheryl was an Underwriter and Valuations Manager at Invesco Real Estate, where she evaluated potential acquisition opportunities and managed a team of four analysts responsible for the annual valuation of more than 300 investment-grade assets across multiple property types.
