Susana Gandara, CPM®

Susana Gandara serves as a Senior Lease Administrator at The Retail Connection in the Dallas, Texas office, where she is responsible for handling all aspects of lease administration including OPEX reconciliations, lease interpretation & abstraction, database administration and new property setup. Gandara brings extensive background in the real estate industry with 25+ years in the property management field.

Gandara joined The Retail Connection as a Senior Property Manager, where she was responsible for a wide portfolio of shopping centers located throughout the DFW Metroplex.

Prior to joining The Retail Connection, Gandara was a Property Manager for Cencor Realty Services, where she was responsible for the management of several shopping centers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She has previously been an Assistant Property Manager at Lincoln Property Company.

Gandara attended the University of Texas at Arlington. Gandara is an active member of the Dallas chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management [IREM] and holds a Certified Property Manager [CPM] designation.
