JoAnn Duncan

Director of Property Management

JoAnn Duncan is the Director of Property Management for The Retail Connection's San Antonio office, specializing in retail and office property management.

JoAnn has over 30 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining The Retail Connection, she worked for Birnbaum Property Company and Cencor/Weitzman for more than 20 years overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail, office, and industrial assets. JoAnn was also a partner in her own real estate management company for 8 years, where she gained a unique perspective of the industry.

JoAnn is a San Antonio native and a member of BOMA. She also is a volunteer with the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo.
