Clay Pickering

Clay Pickering oversees all capital market activities and is responsible for underwriting, sourcing, structuring and closing all real estate investments. Since joining TRC, he has completed over $525 million in retail development and acquisition transactions.

Prior to joining TRC, Clay was a Vice President of Originations and Asset Management with the Real Estate Specialties Group at Bank OZK, involved in the origination and financing of over $1 billion in commercial real estate projects.

Clay was recognized by Chain Store Age as a Top 10 Under 40 recipient and by GlobeSt Real Estate Forum as an Influencer in Retail Real Estate. He received his bachelor's degree in business from Baylor University.
