Edward Toohey

Edward Toohey is an Associate on the Real Estate Investments team with The Retail Connection. His responsibilities include financial analysis & modeling, market research, due diligence, transaction support and portfolio management. Prior to his time at The Retail Connection, Edward worked as a Property Manager for Regency Centers where he oversaw the operation of the AAA retail shopping center portfolio in North Texas.

He is a member of the The Real Estate Council (TREC), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and has served on the board of Echelon – North Texas Chapter (emerging professional's arm of The Salvation Army).

Edward earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Spanish from the University of Texas in 2018. In addition, he holds an ARGUS Enterprise Certification, demonstrating proficiency in industry-standard software for real estate asset and portfolio management.

In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
