Rel Cooper is the Director for Real Estate Investments with The Retail Connection. His responsibilities include project development, financial modeling, due diligence, acquiring raw land, site planning and design, entitlement, marketing, lease negotiations, financing, permitting, construction, and daily asset management.

He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers [ICSC] and The Real Estate Council [TREC].

Rel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with Majors in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University in 2017.
